Need help to enable my Adsense account that was disabled for sending too many emails.

Hi,

I am not good at IT and I have two Youtube accounts. One is enabled for monetization but the other was disabled for sending too many gmails.

I have associated my old Adsense account that was disabled with the new that is working. It was done on 25 October and it is still showing pending. How long it takes for Adsense people to enabled the associated account please?
